  • Pre-Styling Cleans

    Before we install any styling, we recommend a professional clean to ensure the space is spotless and photo-ready. This includes:

    Surface cleaning throughout all key areas
    Detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning
    Dusting of skirting boards, window ledges, and ceiling corners
    Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
    Removal of marks or smudges from walls (where possible)

    We understand the visual standards required for styling and real estate photography. Our team works closely with the stylist to ensure every surface is clean, fresh, and ready for install.

  • Bond/End-Of-Lease

    If you’re moving out before styling, we also offer complete bond cleans to meet real estate and agent expectations. These include, but are not limited to:

    Deep cleaning of all bedrooms
    Oven, range-hood, and appliance cleaning in the kitchen
    Interior window and track cleaning, and professional window cleaning if required
    Wall and scuff mark removal
    Outdoor sweep and tidy (patios, balconies, garages)

    Bond cleans are thorough and time-intensive. We recommend booking in advance to ensure enough time is allocated for a detailed finish.

  • Decluttering

    We can assist in removing, storing, or repositioning existing items to prepare for styling. Our team helps with:

    Light decluttering to maximise space
    Removal or relocation of bulky or distracting items
    Advising on what to keep for staging and what to remove
    Light organising of cupboards, bookshelves, benchtops, etc.

    We approach every declutter with sensitivity and efficiency, working with you (or independently if preferred) to ensure the home feels spacious, calm, and cohesive ahead of styling.

Let us know at the time of booking and we’ll include cleaning as part of your proposal.

  • We highly recommend it. A clean, polished space allows our styling to shine and ensures the property photographs beautifully. If your property hasn’t been professionally cleaned prior to install, we can arrange a pre-styling clean for you.

  • A pre-styling clean focuses on presentation. It includes surface cleaning, dusting, and detailing to get the property ready for styling and photography.

    A bond or end-of-lease clean is more extensive and includes deep cleaning of appliances, windows, bathrooms, skirting boards, walls, and outdoor areas, meeting real estate requirements for move-outs.

  • Our cleaning services are designed to support our property styling clients. If you’re not booking styling but still require a clean, please reach out and we’ll confirm availability.

  • We recommend at least 5 business days’ notice to secure your preferred cleaning date. Last-minute cleans may be possible depending on availability.

  • Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with trusted cleaning products and all necessary tools to complete the job to a high standard.

  • This depends on the size and condition of the property. We’ll provide an estimate after discussing your property.

  • Absolutely. Our team has extensive experience preparing homes for sale and understands the standards required for both photography and final inspection.

  • We help remove visual clutter, relocate items that don’t suit the styling direction, and create a more open, simplified layout. We can also provide advice on temporary storage or packing if needed.

  • Of course. Some clients prefer to be involved in the process, while others leave it in our hands. We're flexible, just let us know your preference.
