We offer two tiers within our Full Styling Edit, depending on the level of detail and scale required:
Premium Full Styling Edit
Ranging between $3,500 – $8,500 + GST, for 2-5 bedrrom homes, depending on the size and scope of the property.
Simple Full Styling Edit
Using a simplified furniture and décor selection, ranging between $2,500 – $4,500 + GST for 2–4 bedroom homes.
Full Styling Edit
Ideal for lived-in homes that need a curated refresh before sale. We work with existing furniture and layer in Deià Designs’ pieces to elevate the overall look and feel.
Pricing depends on the scale of the home, rooms styled, and what’s required to achieve a cohesive presentation. Tailored to complement the client’s existing pieces.

The Partial Edit
For agents or owners needing short-term styling to elevate photography.
Includes curated décor, soft furnishings, and on-the-day styling to ensure every detail is camera-ready. We work closely with your photographer to enhance each space and achieve the best possible result for photos. Ideal for listings needing quick impact.
